About Me
Briefly … After many years frustration at my classmates’ inability to read aloud properly during English lessons, I have exorcised my demons and become one of the UK’s most prolific voiceover artists. I voice many documentaries, cartoons, TV and radio ads, promos, video games, all sorts of things. (My agent is Another Tongue -(+44) 020 7494 0300. Email info@anothertongue.com).
I am also a comedian. (Read some reviews). I began in the late 1990s as a character comic – with acts such as The Upper-Class Rapper, Ludwig The Bavarian, Morris The Morris Dancer, It-Guy Simon La Fontaine, the One-Man Sketch Show. These days I mostly compere . You will often see me at London’s oldest comedy venue, Downstairs At The King’s Head, usually on Saturday nights, where I am semi-resident MC. (Watch me MC here. Watch some stand-up here. Listen to a song here.)
I also make comic videos, most of which you can see on this site.
In addition, I have worked as a TV presenter and as an MC boxing nights for Hayemaker boxing.
As anyone who has ever tried to borrow money off me will attest, I also have a keen interest in finance and the problems associated with a debt-based monetary system. I write on gold and related issues for Moneyweek Magazine, where I have a weekly column. And I host a podcast on the same subject, Frisby’s Bulls And Bears, where I interview all sorts of interesting guests.
